Complaints Handler Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Location: Takeley (temporarily) Moving to Braintree, Great Notley

Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days a week

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Complaints Handler Advisor on behalf of our esteemed client. As a Complaints Handler Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by engaging with and understanding the needs of the customer, dealing with all customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, provide customer satisfaction and resolutions in line with the consumer laws.

Key responsibilities

Manage customer complaints from start to finish by working within the set guidelines.
Assisting with court papers and respond as necessary.
Negotiate best outcomes with the customer.
Monitor support emails and respond accordingly by either telephone or email.
Assist with replying to all written complaints via post or email.
Complete additional admin duties within customer support team.
Provide reports as needed by management.
