Job Title: School SIMS Administrator - Secondary Schools (Wandsworth)

Location: Various Secondary Schools across WandsworthContract: Full-time, 5 days per weekStart Date: As soon as possible

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and experience using SIMS? We are seeking a proactive School SIMS Administrator to join a network of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Wandsworth.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of school data systems, supporting staff, and helping to maintain accurate student information. You will work alongside a friendly and collaborative team, where your contribution will be valued and your professional growth encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update student records using SIMS

• Manage attendance, assessment, and reporting data

• Support the leadership team with accurate and timely data analysis

• Liaise with teaching and support staff to ensure information is accurate and accessible

• Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and record keeping

• Ensure compliance with GDPR and school data protection policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience using SIMS (School Information Management System)

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
