First for Education is actively recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for primary, secondary and specialist settings across Birmingham. We work with a variety of inclusive schools, PRUs, and SEN provisions who are looking for experienced and enthusiastic support staff to join them from September.

Your role as an SEN TA:

* Supporting students with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD

* Providing 1:1 support and working with small groups

* Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

* Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to tailor learning

* Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
