A well established and growing firm of Chartered Accountants, with 7 partners, are recruiting for a Senior Manager to join their team, offering a competitive salary depending on experience, which could range from £50-70k. Due to continued growth, this opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager to join this growing practices dynamic business services team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the leadership team, manage a £600k portfolio, and shape the delivery of high quality outsourced finance and advisory services.

• Client Portfolio management
  • Taking full management responsibility for a mixed client portfolio worth £600k in fees, building strong relationships, and supporting them through technical and commercial advice
• Statutory and Management Accounts
  • Review statutory year-end accounts in compliance with FRS 105 and 102. Overseeing and reviewing management accounts, and providing insights to clients
• Tax Compliance
  • Review and preparate corporate tax computations and returns, and provide advisory advice on tax efficient planning strategies
• VAT and Bookkeeping oversight
  • Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns completed by juniors
• Team and operations leadership
  • Supervise a UK and offshore accounts team, reviewing accounts and tax prep
  • Leading client onboarding for Xero, IRIS, Sage and other systems
  • Provide juniors with relevant training and mentorship

• ACA or ACCA qualified is preferable, however Qualified by Experience will be considered
• Minimum of 4 years experience in UK Accountancy practice
• Experience managing a varied portfolio of clients
• Experience with cloud accounting systems
• Excellent organisational, communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Must be able to commute into Harrow. No requirement for visa sponsorship
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
