Salary £55k-75k - Plus Benefits and Bonus

This is an exciting brand new opportunity to join a highly successful insurance firm and help support growth of the business through outstanding client service. Our client seeks a driven and passionate Commercial/Corporate Account Handler to deliver high quality broking services to a book of existing and ever increasing client list. You will take responsibility of client relationships, handle renewals, service more complex client needs and help identify cross selling opportunities where possible.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ general commercial/corporate insurance experience within a commercial broking environment.
  • Preparation and delivery of insurer risk presentations and negotiations with providers, to secure the most appropriate cover for our clients
  • Ability to read and digest technical information and explain clearly to a client in a way which is pragmatic, appropriate and effective.
  • Competent technical commercial risks knowledge: Commercial Combined, Construction, Tech, Cyber, Renewable Energy, Energy, Energy Storage, Power, Construction, Property Development
  • Good technical and administrative knowledge of dealing with claims.
  • Efficient and effective handling of commercial clients on a daily basis, on all aspects connected with servicing.
  • A high competence of regulatory compliance relating to the day to day handling of commercial business.
  • Work with a full understanding and ensure compliance with the company’s anti-bribery and corruption policy.
  • Good Microsoft Office systems knowledge, including excel.
