What You'll Do:
* Lead and inspire a team of artists, setting high standards in attitude, team spirit, and content production.
* Deliver photorealistic, high-quality imagery with precision and creativity.
* Optimize and improve production workflows with a focus on efficiency and quality.
* Collaborate across disciplines to support pipeline development and integration.
What You Bring:
Core Experience:
* Strong CG Generalist background.
* Proven experience with Maya and Nuke.
* Expert knowledge in Python, TCL, and MEL.
Technical Skills:
* Hands-on pipeline creation experience.
* Working knowledge of game engine-driven pipelines.
* Proficiency in C++, Django, HTML, Java, CSS, and SQL databases.
Creative & Analytical Strengths:
* Strong artistic portfolio showcasing photorealism and creativity.
* Understanding of colour theory, animation, and rigging.
* Logical and analytical thinker with a focused communication style.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent quality under pressure.
