Are you a highly experienced SEN tutor with a passion for supporting students of all abilities? Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of learners across Tameside.

As an SEN Tutor, you will provide individualised, tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and more. Youll work across various settings-homes, schools, or online-to deliver high-quality tuition that helps students progress academically and grow in confidence.

Who were looking for:

A qualified and experienced tutor or teacher with a strong background in SEN Support
Proven ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual needs
Confident working 1:1 and in small group settings
Knowledge of EHCPs and experience in supporting learners with complex needs
Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
DBS certificate (Enhanced), or willingness to obtain one
Desirable:

Experience with ABA, Makaton, PECs, or other specialist SEN strategies
Relevant SEN qualifications or training
Own transport (for face-to-face roles)
