You’ll help pupils stay engaged in learning, regulate their emotions and develop strategies for success.You’ll work closely with the SENCo, class teachers and pastoral team to ensure every student gets consistent, tailored support.The CandidateThis role suits a graduate with a genuine interest in SEN or youth work. You’ll need strong communication skills, a calm approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with students who may struggle in a mainstream setting.
