Pay: £90-£95 per day

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in primary education? We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across Croydon, supporting pupils who need extra help with their learning.

This role is well suited to individuals with experience supporting children, as well as those looking to build a career in education. You will support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally, helping them to reach their potential.

The role includes:

• One-to-one and small group pupil support

• Supporting children with SEN and learning difficulties

• Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

• Providing emotional and pastoral support

• Supporting pupils during playtimes and school activities

Flexible placements are available, including short-term and long-term roles.
