Sales Administrator

£30,000 per annum, Permanent, 08:30 to 17:00pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility available), To start ASAP, BS30 Bristol, Holidays, Pension, Parking plus more

A new opportunity working withing a long standing and established horticultural company who are actively seeking a sales administrator to join their team. Working to support a sales team of five, this role will see you joining the company during a period of expansion and contributing to the wider office team. You will gain the opportunity to add value within the team and feel valued for the work you carry out

This position as a Sales Administrator will see you carrying out duties such as:

Preparing quotations on behalf of the sales team
To support a sales team of 5 in general administrative support
To prepare sample packs and meeting documents for sales management
Processing orders
Maintaining company information
General administrative tasks for the wider team

In this position as a sales Administrator the successful candidate will need to hold previous sales support experience, be proficient within the use of IT and Microsoft packages, and have a keen eye for detail. This would be the ideal role for someone who has worked as a sales administrator, office administrator, or administrator role.
