With increasing demand for high-quality SEN support, we are particularly looking to connect with candidates interested in opportunities in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children with additional needs and wants to develop their experience within a range of settings.

Your new role

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs
• Assist with communication, sensory regulation and behaviour support
• Encourage independence and engagement in learning
• Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning needs
• Assist with personal care where required
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored interventions.
• Help create a calm, inclusive and structured learning environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (school, care, youth work or similar)
• A calm, patient and resilient approach
• Confidence supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
• Someone reliable, proactive and committed to pupil progress
• A genuine passion for SEND education
