Warehouse Operative – Isleworth (Temporary)

Location: IsleworthHours: 9am–5pmPay Temporary £13.00 per hour.Industry: Logistics

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics operation based in Isleworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and is looking for temporary work.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Labelling, picking, and packing various produce items
• Preparing Royal Mail Yorks, including opening boxes and tipping contents into Yorks
• Rebuilding pallets from incorrect configurations into Amazon-approved pallets (full in-house training provided)
• Handballing and pumping cartons inside a DPD lorry (use of a pump truck is required)
• Offloading containers as part of a team, including building pallets to Amazon specifications
• Identifying and separating specific box types when required — an eye for detail is essential

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn in-house processes and pallet-building standards
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
