Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Redruth, Cornwall
Salary: £38,000 per annum

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed residential service in Redruth, Cornwall. The service supports individuals with Learning Disabilities, complex needs, and Autism, delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join a well-established service, supported by an experienced Deputy Manager already in post.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong, values-led leadership to the service and staff team
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practice
Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve excellent outcomes
Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, professionals, and families
Oversee operational management, including staffing, quality assurance, and service performance
Utilise systems and technology effectively to support service delivery and reporting

About You:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care
Proven experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Experience working collaboratively with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
Robust knowledge of care systems, digital reporting, and technology use within services
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and driving continuous improvement
