We're looking for a confident, experienced Sales Consultant to join a high-performing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll act as a key representative of our organisation, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of our sales targets across a wide geographical area. You'll be the front-line contact for prospective homeowners, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first enquiry through to completion. This role requires flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build excellent relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver sales performance targets across multiple developments in the region.
Provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the buyer journey.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from site launch to completion.
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Support the marketing team in implementing sales strategies and promotional activity.
Coordinate with internal teams to support the future management of new developments.
Monitor and manage the presentation and security of sales offices and show homes.
Conduct regular checks on void properties to ensure they remain secure.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Minimum 3 years' experience in shared ownership sales.
Solid understanding of the legal processes involved in shared ownership and outright sales.
Demonstrated success in a customer-focused sales environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing sales offices and show homes.
Confident working independently across multiple locations.
Excellent IT and numerical skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
