Customer Service/Call Center Opportunity with one of our large telecom partners.
Contract length: 3 months with possible extension or conversion

- Previous Telecoms exp
- Strong client/customer support (call center)
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: Receiving 30-40 inbound calls a day.
This position deals with post installation non technical support. Duties range from making payments on accounts, pulling contracts, comparing statements, updating customers on account updates, and submitting cases to resolve any customer concerns.
