This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level candidate to join a Global Corporate organisation as a Travel Coordinator and Assistant to the PA on a 12 month contract basis. The company are based in LS1. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate to join the team as Travel Coordinator.
Salary - £25,000 + excellent benefits and progression opportunities
Location - LS1 - Hybrid
Reporting into the PA the role will involve:
Researching travel options, balancing travel needs and cost savings
Monitoring the Travel inbox and all inbound travel requests
Assisting the Travel Manager with reporting and monthly cost reconciliations
Coordinating all booking arrangements
All travel Administration
Assisting staff with specialised travel documents such as VisasSuccessful candidates must:
Excellent communication skills
Be able to time manage and prioritise tasks
Be organised and have the ability to multitask
Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
