Job title: Clerk of Works

Salary: £250 - £280 per day

O'Neill and Brennan have a requirement for a Fire Protection Clerk of Works. Our client is a leading consultancy in the Construction, Property, and Civil Engineering fields.

As a Clerk of Works you will inspect the workmanship, quality and safety of work on a construction sites, ensuring works are in line with fire protection regulations and reporting back to senior managers and clients. You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly.

The successful Fire Protection Clerk of Works will have:

* A passive fire protection qualification or extensive relevant experience

* Strong previous experience in similar roles.

* A steady work history with long stints in each role.
