Prospero Teaching is working closely with a welcoming primary school in Gosport to recruit a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established Primary School.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Permanent or Temp-to-Perm

Salary: From £162.31 per day

Hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm (subject to variation)

What You'll Be Doing

As a KS2 Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping pupils' learning and development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that spark curiosity and independence

  • Differentiating your teaching to meet the varied needs of learners and support their progress

  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that builds confidence and resilience

  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting your teaching to ensure every child thrives

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to support pupil outcomes

  • Setting high expectations for behaviour, learning, and personal growth

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Ideally, experience teaching KS2 and a commitment to ongoing professional development

  • A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification is desirable
