Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Scropton, Derbyshire (Site-Based)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Salary: £32,085 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity to earn up to £32,085 in a facilities maintenance engineer position,  joining a major UK food production business supplying well-known supermarket and restaurant brands. With operations spanning from farming to factory, this role plays a vital part in keeping site operations running smoothly.

Facilities Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities
Carry out internal and external building fabric maintenance
Conduct audits and repairs of restrooms, kitchens, and office spaces
Plan and prioritise day-to-day repair tasks
Diagnose recurring issues and recommend improvements
Maintain external site areas and grounds to a high standard
Collaborate with production, health & safety, and engineering teams
Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment 

Previous Facilities Experience 
Hands-on experience in general repairs and maintenance
Basic plumbing, cladding, and carpentry skills
Painting and decorating experience
Floor, wall, and road repair knowledge
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Domestic electrical experience is a plus
A practical mindset and attention to detail
