• Previous experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a customer-facing role
• Demonstrated ability in assisted sales, identifying customer needs and recommending the right products
• Proven customer service expertise and a focus on providing friendly, informative support
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage with people from all backgrounds

• Genuine passion for helping customers and finding creative solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to quickly build rapport and trust
• Resilient and adaptable with a positive, flexible attitude
• A natural team player who thrives in a busy retail environment

• Welcome and engage customers in store, understanding their requirements to confidently recommend Sleep wellness solutions
• Guide customers through our product ranges using assisted sales techniques and product technology to find the perfect fit
• Deliver high standards of store presentation—keeping displays tidy and inviting
• Achieve personal and team targets by delivering excellent customer service and maximising sales opportunities
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
• Handle customer queries and after-sales support with care, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as these are peak trade times
