About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and reliable 1:1 Tutors to support learners across the Leicester area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students on an individual basis, helping them improve their academic performance, confidence, and overall engagement with learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to each student's needs

Support core subjects such as English and Maths (other subjects desirable)

*

Plan, prepare, and adapt engaging lesson materials

*

Track student progress and provide feedback

*

Build positive relationships with students to support their development

Requirements:

*

Previous tutoring or teaching experience is desirable

*

Strong subject knowledge in relevant areas

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Patient, adaptable, and committed to student success

*

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

*

Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

Experience working with SEN or vulnerable learners

*

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
