HGV Technician
Location: Daventry
We're working with a well-established commercial vehicle workshop that's looking to add an experienced HGV Technician to their team. This is a great opportunity if you're after stable hours, good pay, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and trailers to VOSA standards

* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults

* Ensure all work meets Health & Safety regulations

* Attend roadside breakdowns and customer sites when needed

* Complete job cards, service sheets, and time records accurately

* Work closely with the parts team to source and collect components

* Keep the workshop clean, safe, and well-organised

* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and attend relevant training

What We're Looking For

* Full UK driving licence

* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent hands-on experience)

* IRTEC accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

* HGV and/or PSV licence (preferred)

* Previous experience in a commercial vehicle workshop
