Property Manager - Derbyshire

A highly respected independent estate agency in Derbyshire is looking to recruit a Property Manager due to a team member moving to another office within the business.

This is a predominantly field-based role (around 70%), with the remainder based in the office. You will manage your own diary and be responsible for overseeing key elements of the property management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Property inspections
• Tenant check-outs
• Managing inventories
• General property management administration
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors

Working Hours

• Full-time, permanent
• Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
• Alternate Saturdays (9 am - 2 pm) with a full day off in lieu
• Can be based from closest or preferred office in Derbyshire
• Free parking available

Package

• OTE circa £35,000 in Year 1
• Bonus structure available
• Contractor referral commission
• 45p per mile mileage
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays

The Ideal Candidate

• Ideally, some property management experience, but not essential; it's all about the right attitude!
• Organised with excellent time management skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
