Totum Partners is working with an international Law firm to recruit a Tax Accountant for their London office. Offering hybrid working and a competitive salary, you will manage personal tax affairs for UK Partners, and the ideal candidate will be working in a Law firm or LLP environment. 

Tax Accountant with Global Law firm

Based in Central London (2 days-a-week WFH)

Tax Accountant Duties:

• Provide support to circa 200 UK Partners with personal tax matters and preparation of tax returns
• Support with the creation and maintenance of tax reserves
• Creation of control schedules to and Partner aide memoires
• Monitor information sent to Partners to ascertain if there is any effects on tax returns
• Provide ad hoc support to the Partnership Tax team and Head of UK Tax
• Ensure an up-to-date knowledge of UK tax matters is maintained

Tax Accountant Experience:

• APPLICANTS MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING IN A LEGAL, ACCOUNTANCY, FIRM OR LLP ENVIRONMENT
• CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong knowledge of UK personal tax legislation and proven experience in a Professional Services firM
