Mid Level .NET Engineer - Hybrid - Newcastle

Key Responsibilities;

• Innovate continuously by experimenting with new technologies, automating processes, and promoting

best practices

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and QA to translate business requirements into robust solutions

• Own system reliability—ensure performance under pressure, optimise systems, and troubleshoot issues

• Contribute to agile processes, including sprint planning and CI/CD pipelines

• Maintain engineering excellence through code reviews and high-quality standards

• Respond to critical technical issues (e.g., P1 incidents) and drive solutions

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve productivity, and support business priorities

Required Skill Set;

• 4+ years of experience in C#/.NET Framework

• 2+ years experience in modern JavaScript (React, TypeScript, Webpack, Vite)

• Familiarity with profiling tools

• Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted tooling for automation, scripting, or monitoring

Desired Skill Set;

• Experience with front-end grids
