SALARY: £20000/annum

Receptionist/ Administrator - Ringwood - Up to £20k per hour DOE

Your time will be spent between the reception desk and providing administrative support to the facilities department of our well-established, prestigious client in Ringwood.

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure Reception Area is manned at all times during the working day.

• Greet visitors on arrival, ensuring they sign Visitors Book, are issued with a visitor badge and informing host.

• Sort incoming mail for collection by departments, retaining Accounts mail which is to be opened and date stamped prior to being passed to the department.

• Be responsible for answering all incoming calls with use of a switchboard

• Supervise the Integrated Post system between Mailing Houses and Marketing Executives.

• Ensure that adequate supplies of stationery are maintained at all times.

• Process all relevant invoices on the system ready for signature by the Facilities manager.

• Ensure compliance with Workstation Assessments for all staff

Person specification:

- Previous experience using a switchboard is essential

- Previous experience in a similar, receptionist/ administrative position

- Good speaking voice, confident, ability to multi-task

- Knowledge of Royal Mail On-line Business Accounts is essential

- Keyboard skills, Outlook, Word, Excel, Intranet

This role is paying up to £20,000 per annum depending on experience.

The hours for this role are Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm Fridays 9am-5pm
