Menzies Distribution are looking for an Operations Support Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for all administrative requirments relating to transport on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers. Providing a first class service with our team in Maidstone, this role is based on a basic36  hour week working Monday to Thursday 09.00 to 17.00 and Friday 09.00 to 15.00


  • Complete relevant paperwork and compile reports for branch where necessary
  • Enter, update and interrogate information on relevant Menzies Distribution systems (including SAP)
  • Ensure daily office procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Comply with all relevant Health, Safety and Security Regulations
  • Have a good telephone etiquette


  • Be computer literate (Excel and Word)
  • Experience of using payroll software (preferably iTrent)
  • Engage with all administrative duties within the branch
  • Provide a high level of internal and external administration for customers and branch
  • Provide professionalism when working with customers and clients alike
