Role Overview:
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will carry out a range of asbestos surveys while ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on various property types

Produce and deliver clear, accurate technical reports

Ensure all tasks meet UKAS accreditation and follow HSG264 guidance

Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional service

Respond to client queries and provide technical support as needed

Candidate Requirements:

BOHS P402 qualification

Minimum 6 months of field experience

Solid understanding of HSG264

Full UK driving licence

Strong communication skills

Flexibility to travel and work occasional out-of-hours shifts
