A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing & BD Administrator to join a specialist, London based law firm on a three month fixed term contract basis in a brand new role.

The Marketing & BD Administrator will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks. You will work closely with all Commercial Real Estate Partners to ensure website bios and standard pitch CVs are up-to-date and reflect all sector expertise and recent accolades and set up draft CVs for all sector experts, liaising with each fee earner to finesse and sign off, and also assist the marketing team on other projects. With the support of an external design team the role holder will set up a standard credentials document for each the firm's sector areas, gathering and collating new material and finalising content. The successful applicant will also be responsible for collating marketing and target lists lists and subsequently ensuring the central database is updated. The review of key marketing collateral such as pitch and credentials document to extract relevant information for and the implementation of a deal/matter information collation process will also represent key duties of this challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, an organised manner and a pro-active, 'can-do' approach. Proficiency in use of MS Office is essential, while intermediate level InDesign experience would be advantageous. The Marketing & BD Administrator will also have some experience of working as part of a busy marketing and BD team within a law firm and must be able to adhere to tight and demanding deadlines.
