Role Summary
As Monitoring Station Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the monitoring station. Your role will involve ensuring all alarms, incidents, and alerts are managed promptly and professionally. You will oversee team performance, maintain service standards, and play a key role within our operational leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a 24/7 monitoring team working on a 4-on / 4-off, 12-hour shift rota.

*

Supervise all functions related to alarm and CCTV monitoring.

*

Manage incident reporting, escalation procedures, and log accuracy.

*

Ensure compliance with NSI standards and internal protocols.

*

Enhance operational efficiency through process and technology improvements.

*

Collaborate with other departments, clients, and emergency services as required.

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience in a monitoring, ARC, or security control room setting.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.

*

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

*

Ability to remain composed under pressure and support a rotating team.

*

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

*

At least 1 year in a management role.
