Reeson Education is working with a well-respected and inclusive primary school in North West London that is looking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable graduates seeking Learning Support Assistant work to join their team starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

• Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children.

• Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs

• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement

The Ideal Candidate for this Learning Support Assistant vacancy:

• In order to work as a Learning Support Assistant, you must remain positive, resilient and have a caring approach to working with children

• A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive

• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent experience)

• A commitment to personal and professional growth
