JOB DESCRIPTION:

CSCS Groundworker required for a highly regarded regional house builder in Milton Keynes. ITS Building People are looking for an experienced Groundworkers to do all round ground works from foundations, Block and Beam, kerbs etc, on site on a project based in Milton Keynes. Own transport would be beneficial but public transport is available near this project.

This Groundworker contract will be ongoing, with hours being 07:30 - 4:30, Monday - Friday with the possibility of weekend overtime.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• All aspects of groundworks to be undertaken
• Beneficial to have CPCS Dumper Ticket

Requirements for the role

• A Valid CSCS card
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• you will need to have a hard-hat, work boots and HI-Viz vest.
• Own tools not required
