We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to take overall responsibility for the effective operation, management, and development of our service.

About the Role:
- Liverpool Based - Hybrid working model
Specialising in semi-independent living support
Registered Manager overseeing up to 3 homes
Strategic role with scope to influence and lead the development of the service.
Oversee the provision of person-centred care, support, and guidance to promote well-being and independence.
Develop and manage the service budget, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor expenditure, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality of care.
