Deputy Children's Home Manager
Location: Newport Staffordshire
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Children's Home Manager to join a dedicated residential care team supporting children and young people.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking to progress within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, child-centred care
Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times
Assist with staff supervision, development, and performance management
Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews
Promote positive outcomes for children and young people
Requirements:

Experience working in children's residential care
Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role (preferred)
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (minimum)
Working towards or willing to complete Level 5 (desirable)
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
