Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum

Our client is a local employer and is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their existing team on a fixed-term basis for 8 months - there will be a retainer paid to the successful individual at the end of the contract. This organisation is going through a period of change presently and is seeking an HR Advisor that can work independently within the team to offer support and work on some project work.Job Description: * Support a variety of employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance capability cases.* Provide information and advice to managers and staff on terms and conditions, policies and procedures, and current employment legislation.* Support the recruitment process as/when required.* Contribute to the development of a range of standard HR management information reports.* Contribute to the production of user manuals/guidance documents for each stage of system implementation and rollout.* Coordinate project group meetings and lead on assigned actions.* To support with TUPE transfers and support the colleagues going through this process* Contribute to the provision of people metrics information and reports.* Provide group training and 1:1 coaching to managers and colleagues as necessary.* Develop and review HR systems, processes and records making recommendations for change where necessary.Candidate Requirements:* A minimum of 2 years of experience working in HR at the Adviser level* Experience in managing a variety of employee relations cases (discipline, sickness absence, capability, investigations)* TUPE experience would be an advantage* Experience in delivering an effective and efficient service to managers.* Experience in developing and implementing procedures and guidance documents.* Good understanding of HR Administration processes with the ability to identify and develop improvements and efficiencies.* CIPD qualification would be an advantage or proven HR experience* Excellent knowledge of current employment legislation and the practical implications for HR.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present clear and concise explanations to managers and staff at all levelsHours: Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: £29,000 - £33,000 Per AnnumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
