Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicates daily with management and sales team on any sales related issues.
Confirms that all information concerning the manufacturing or purchasing of a part is accurate.
Advises sales of options that will aid in the quoting and selling process.
Recommends and investigates additional capabilities, materials, training or equipment that could enhance our ability to out perform our competition and maintain our current and prospective customers.
Updates and validates any changes made to the work order after it has been through production.
Takes and returns phone calls that could require prompt action.
Checks daily for delinquent quotes and advises the salesperson the status.
Calls suppliers for pricing information.
Coordinates information between warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, engineering and quality when customer requirements are unclear or questioned.
Quote price and delivery on team assigned or new accounts with the assistance of a salesperson or management.
Responsible for adhering to the profit guidelines set up by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
