Achieving a high first-time fix rate to ensure customer satisfaction
Working independently using company equipment and supplies, while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
Managing your schedule effectively across the Kingston upon Thames region with pre-arranged appointments
Ensuring all repairs meet quality standards and health & safety guidelinesRequirements:

Previous experience as a SMART Repairer in a mobile or workshop setting preferred
Relevant transferable skills in vehicle re-spraying, filling, and preparation
Proactive, self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
Strong customer service skills
