PageGroup are excited to be partnering with a leading, global logistics business to appoint for a regional HR Business Partner role, based from the Midlands but supporting sites UK wide.

This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days on-site and 2 home per week (covering sites in the Midlands and also UK wide)

Description

Reporting to a Head of HR, the role of HR Business Partner will work as part of a small team of HRBPs, supporting with a wide range of operational and strategic HR matters for a range of contracts. You will be based in the Midlands and travel will be required to support the UK.

This generalist HRBP role will involve:

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, including complex matters
Lead and implement HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Support recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Deliver training and development programmes to upskill employees and management.Profile

A successful applicant for this role will have a proven background in a similar HRBP role, you will be comfortable dealing with complex ER cases in a unionised setting as well as partnering with SLT and embedding the people strategy to meet business needs
