The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our growing dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious matters while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, which may include:
• Commercial disputes
• Contract disputes
• Property litigation
• Debt recovery
• Civil litigation matters
• Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice to clients
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
• Managing cases from instruction through to resolution, including trial where necessary
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedural rules

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum [NQ–2 years] PQE (flexible depending on role)
• Strong litigation experience with the ability to manage your own caseload
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with strong client care skills
• Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solving
• Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset
