Passionate about people, and with a focus on skills and development, you'll understand that our people are our biggest asset and we'll look to you to ensure that your teams have the required knowledge, skills, and resources to thrive and succeed in our strategy to make the best fantasy miniatures in the world. You'll recognise the importance of having the right people, in the right place, at the right time as you plan to ensure all shifts are effectively staffed and have appropriate management support for each shift.

We'll see you working collaboratively across departments, as you build effective working relationships across the supply chain to ensure we not only achieve our goals but we do so in a cost effective, efficient and safe way. Day to day, you'll champion a safe culture as you drive health and safety priorities and you'll coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure essential training is delivered to all staff and all standard operating procedures are followed.
