Our finished goods distribution centre is based at East Midlands Gateway, which distributes our products across multiple channels both domestically and around the world.

You'll recognise the importance of having the right people, in the right place, at the right time as you plan to ensure all shifts are effectively staffed and have appropriate management support for each shift.
We'll see you working collaboratively across departments, as you build effective working relationships across the supply chain to ensure we not only achieve our goals but we do so in a cost effective, efficient and safe way. Day to day, you'll champion a safe culture as you drive health and safety priorities and you'll coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure essential training is delivered to all staff and all standard operating procedures are followed.
Adaptable and excited by opportunities to improve efficiencies, we'll look to you to proactively identify and resolve issues through driving operational improvement. With a strong eye for numbers and able to adapt to a change in priorities, this is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for delivering operational plans and priorities and managing costs and budgets.

If you have experience of managing or supervising teams and knowledge of automation systems to support consistent and successful monitoring of daily picking, packing, and shipping efficiencies, then we want to hear from you!
