Job Title: Business Development Manager - Land & Build Surveys

Area to be covered: South West & South Wales

Remuneration: £55,000 + £30,000 bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager - Land & Build Surveys will involve:

* Field sales position selling a high quality build & land surveying service

* All of your time will be spent selling to end users such as; NHS trusts, Universities, Travel Lodges, British Museum and the High Street etc. as well as “piggybacking” other surveying business that offer a similar surveying service but slightly different applications

* 70% new business, 30% account management

* Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Land & Build Surveys with:

* Must have technical consultative sales experience in the construction industry

* Ideally from a services background however open to products

* Ideally some form of surveying equipment or services background (not essential)

* Wouldn't be right for a distribution sales professional

* No job hoppers
