Operating nationwide, this specialist UK manufacturer is looking to enhance its team by adding a customer-focused Sales Coordinator who enjoys delivering quality service.

The successful candidate would become an integral member of the already established and successful sales team and would be expected to use their sales prowess to convert leads into sales and discover opportunities, whilst also using their strong customer service and administration skills to support the wider sales team and abundance of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective customers who have made enquiries with the aim of converting warm leads into sales
  • Gather an understanding of customer needs and arrange home visits for the field sales team
  • Use your knowledge of the full product range to make suggestions and identify further opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate record of sales activity on the CRM
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience gained within sales or sales-focused customer service positions
  • Track record of delivering a high-quality service and successfully meeting targets
  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trusting relationships with prospective customer
  • Strong administration skills, confident in using CRM systems and creating quotes
  • Motivated and ambitious with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence
