Parts Administrator

Croydon

£16-£18 per hour

Temporary (3-6 months)

We are currently seeking a Parts Administrator to join our team in Croydon on a temporary basis for 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently

Liaising with suppliers and internal departments

Managing stock levels and updating records

Handling invoices and maintaining documentation

Providing general administrative support to the parts department

Requirements:

Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment (preferred)

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Good IT proficiency (MS Office/systems)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
