Role: Residential Conveyancing ParalegalLocation: Sheffield, South YorkshireContract: Full time, permanent, hybridSalary: £26,000 - £28,000We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and growing Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected regional firm with a strong reputation for quality and client service.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on role within the team, managing their own caseload of residential sale files with a good degree of autonomy. In addition, you will provide support to fee earners on residential purchase transactions. This role requires someone who is already operating at paralegal level within residential conveyancing. It is not suited to a candidate looking to step up from a purely administrative or assistant role without prior file-handling experience.

• Managing a caseload of residential sale transactions from instruction through to completion
• Drafting contracts and handling enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders
• Progressing matters efficiently and proactively
• Supporting fee earners with residential purchase files
• Assisting with post-completion matters as required
• Delivering high standards of client care throughout

• Previous experience working as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
• Proven ability to run residential sale files with minimal supervision
• Solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
