We're recruiting an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator for a well-established engineering firm in the Central Belt. This is a temp-to-perm position offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term progression for the right candidate.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

* Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

* 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate and assemble metal components in line with technical drawings

* Operate hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts

* Carry out TIG welding on a variety of components, particularly aluminium

* Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail and adherence to specifications

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication

* Proficiency in TIG welding, especially with aluminium

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-precision work
