Searching for a detailed-oriented accounting professional to serve as a Collections Management Analyst for an 18,000-resident private community.

Produces and analyzes accounts receivable reports.
Researches, compiles, maintains and manages data related to collection efforts; resolves escalated accounting inquiries.
Communicates with residents, board members, staff, financial institutions, regarding delinquency issues.
Works with residents to implement alternative payment options and monitor compliance to terms of approved payment plan agreements.
Coordinates delinquency processes with internal compliance division to ensure adherence to member disciplinary procedures.
Maintains regular communication and coordination with external collection firms and legal counsel in relation to delinquent accounts.
Prepares and disseminates financial information, including monthly delinquency reports, in a timely manner and meaningful format for board review and makes recommendations for write-offs.
Manages small claims court documentation and processing.
Participates in developing and implementing systems and procedures for tracking and analyzing delinquent accounts receivable.
Evaluates assigned issues and summarizes findings and conclusions, works cooperatively with operational departments, develops specific recommendations and reviews data and conclusions with Manager.
3 to 5 years of Collections and/or Accounting experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Excellent customer service/ client service interactions.
Strong accounting knowledge of debits and credits required.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and strong Excel skills required (Pivot tables /VLook ups).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Dynamics AX.
