Project Duration: 17 weeks starting on 22nd April 2024

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to lead a 17-week project commencing on the 22nd April 2024. The project involves remedial works on a live site, focusing on extensive roofing works including flat, pitched, and guttering repairs. Candidates must be familiar with working at heights and possess a current valid IPATH ticket.

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in managing the project's daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Prior experience in overseeing similar projects is essential, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and deliver remedial works within specified timelines.

Candidates are required to hold an in-date SMSTS certification, First Aid at Work qualification, CSCS Card, and IPATH ticket. All certifications will be thoroughly checked during the recruitment process, and references will be requested to validate past project management experience.
