Children's Deputy Home Manager

25000 to £28000 plus benefits

My client is a well established Child Care provider within the UK and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a deputy childrens home manager to help over see one of their homes in the Birmingham area. This a registered home for 4 children with EBD.

Some of the responsibilities for a Deputy Home Manager will include;

*Ensuring all home is managed to a high standard in line with Ofsted legislation.
*Ensuring all staff are recruited, and supervisions and reviews are conducted .
*To liaise with all outside agencies building relationships new and existing.
*To provide support to all children within their home.

To assist registered manager in day to day running of the home.

As a deputy children's home manager you will need to have previously been within a similar position and have been previously been a senior as a within childrens and Ofsted. You will also need to hold a relevant Care qualification.
