We're on the hunt for an experienced Integration Architect to join an exciting organisation where you will play a key role in shaping their future technology strategy. We're looking for a highly experienced integration expert to design and govern scalable, secure, and cost-effective integration solutions that support their digital transformation.

This is a brand new role within the organisation and you'll define and execute integration strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and embed best practices across the organisation. This is your chance to influence enterprise-wide architecture, optimise operational efficiency, and improve member services.

What you'll do:

Design and implement robust integration architectures and governance frameworks
Set up Integration patterns, practices and architectural templates
Support application rationalisation and technology re-use
Consult on integration best practices, regulatory compliance, and IAM
Contribute to our broader architecture and digital change strategyWhat we're looking for:

Integration Architecture Expertise: Strong knowledge of integration patterns, best practices, and frameworks (e.g., API-led, event-driven, service-oriented architecture).
iPaaS Solutions: Proven experience with integration platforms as a service (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
Identity and Access Management (IAM): Experience designing and integrating IAM platforms with security and compliance controls.
Cloud Integration: Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and integration across cloud and on-prem systems.
Application Rationalisation: Ability to identify technology re-use opportunities and remove redundant or niche applications.
Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and designing secure integration solutions.You'll be joining this company at an exciting period of change as the sole Integration Architect as they build new cloud-based platforms and introduce modern CRM systems.
