Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We are currently recruiting talented and passionate Sous Chefs to support a variety of sites in the Gillingham area.

About the Role:

As a Sous Chef working through our agency, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of kitchens while showcasing your skills in high‑quality food preparation and service. Your duties may include:

Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Preparing high‑quality dishes and maintaining consistency
Managing kitchen staff in the absence of senior chefs
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are met
Keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
Confidence working independently and within different teams
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
Reliability, adaptability, and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
